Sam Lewis Wins USATF National Title
A BIG congrats to Sam Lewis (ex camper, counselor and now coach) on winning a USATF National Title today at the 2019 USATF National Trail Half Marathon Championships in Scranton, PA.
She ran 1:46:44 on wicked hard trail course. Sam pulled off this amazing performance after a year of going to grad school, coaching as a graduate assistant, and working to support herself, all while training to set up a race like this.
